Kanban board

Plan work as cards and hand each card to an agent.

The Kanban view is a task board for your project. Each card is a task with a priority, labels and comments. Columns follow the task’s status: backlog, open, in progress, test, review, and done.

The board is built on Beads, a small task tracker that lives in your repository, so your agents can read and update it too. If Beads isn’t installed yet, the board offers Install or Update Beads.

Hand a card to an agent

Click Start work on a card. Ghostex starts an agent on that task and links the session to the card, so you can see who is working on what.

With the Project Board skill installed (Settings > Integrations), agents move their own cards as they go: they claim a card, comment on their progress, move it to test or review, and close it when done.

Let an agent run the board

Ask an agent something like “work the high-priority cards on the board”. It picks cards and starts a helper agent for each one.
